Refunds & Returns Policy

By law, customers located in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within fourteen days after delivery.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the fourteen day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item less 30% total order value to cover the cost of our postage and packing and re-stocking, you must pay the return shipping costs. Please note opened bottles where the seal is broken are non-returnable and non refundable for hygiene reasons.
If making a return during your cooling-off period, Items returned must be in unused condition and in original and unopened packaging. Returned items will not be accepted if they do not meet these conditions. We recommend you appropriately insure any returns as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
If an error has occured due to our mistake ie wrong item sent out, we will reimburse you the return postage cost and send you the correct item at no cost to the customer, in the unlikely event this should happen and a refund is requested we will be happy to oblige.
If your parcel is returned by your customs office, we will refund the invoice total, less 30% to cover charges, restocking of items, postage and packaging. All non UK customers are advised to check with their customs office before placing an order. Refunds on non UK orders can take upto 4 weeks to process but often resolved alot quicker. Refunds for UK customers are usually resolved within 7 working days.
